Find quick answers to common questions about using InRide

Open the InRide app, select your pickup location and destination, choose the ride category (InRide, Economy, or InRide XL) and then enter the price you want to offer. Nearby captains will review your offer and can either accept it instantly or send a counter-offer. You have the ultimate control over which ride to take.

You can sign up directly by clicking "Sign Up To Drive" in the menu above or by downloading the "InRide Captain" app. You will need to complete the 5-step registration process, which requires uploading your National ID/Iqama, Driving License, Vehicle Registration card, and entering your banking details for direct payouts.

You can request account deletion in two ways: (1) Inside the app, go to Settings > Account > Delete Account and confirm the deletion. (2) If you cannot access the app, select the "Account Deletion Request" category in the support form on this page and submit your name, email, and phone number. Our team will verify your identity and permanently delete your account and associated data within 24 hours.

If you forget an item, please open your ride history inside the app, select the specific ride, and choose "Contact Driver" or "I lost an item". If the ride has ended and you cannot contact the driver, please send us a message immediately via this contact form or email us at info@in-ride.com with the trip ID and your details, and we will coordinate with the captain.

InRide supports multiple payment options including Credit/Debit Cards, Apple Pay, Wallet Balance, and Cash. The initial suggested fare is calculated based on distance and traffic, but you are free to negotiate, adjust, and offer a price that fits your budget.
